Yes. You can mail or bring your own card to our store. Our florist will add your appreciation
card or gift to your flower present. Alternatively, you can also write your own thank-you card
on the Just Bloom website as you fill out your order information.
Appeals for Goods and Services
If the quality of goods or services is defective, please contact us within 24 hours after the
delivery of the product, and keep the product in its original condition. We will deal with it as
