  1. Due to a large number of orders, we cannot take photos of every flower arrangement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As transportation is handled by a third party, we cannot provide a specific delivery time.

  2. Due to the different types of flowers used in each arrangement, we regret that we cannot provide a specified flower service. If you would like to specify the color of the flowers or avoid using specific flowers, please contact us directly via WhatsApp for customization.

  3. We will do our best to package the arrangements carefully to avoid collisions, but it is not always possible to prevent damage during transportation. Therefore, if you need to transport the arrangement, please be aware that the flowers may be damaged. If there are serious issues with the condition of the arrangement due to damage, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will consider compensation.

  4. The types of flowers in our weekly flower subscription may vary depending on the flower market, flower shop inventory, and florist's arrangements. The number of flowers per week may also vary. However, we believe that regardless of whether it is a single flower or a single type of flower, it can provide a beautiful experience for you.

Our daily delivery slots are: 10:00-13:00pm, 13:00-17:00 and 18:00-21:00.

There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time. If you need to arrive at an ideal time, you can consider the "Delivery at Appointed time service"*.

Delivery at Appointed Time
Any deliveries within the appointed time (e.g. 13:00 or 15:00-18:00pm) will have a surcharge of HK$150.00. Please specify the delivery time * on “Notes for the Order".

Collect in store

Collect time: Monday to Friday (10:00-20:00), Saturday and Sunday (10:00-18:00).

Customers
can select their pick-up date and time at order checkout. There is no
collection service in the MTR station, please come into our store to
receive and verify your goods.

As for other permanent online styles (preserved flowers and other floral designs), you can directly inquire our customer service via Whatsapp at +85295561140, to see whether we supply the style you want on the same day. Please note that the stock of flowers is different and unstable from day to day. If the flowers are out of stock that day, we may not be able to provide you with the exact style, and will replace it with other flowers.

  • About the Balloons
    The price on the website does not include crystal balloons. If needed, please purchase additional HKD$100. If you have any questions, please contact
    our customer service on whatsapp. The customer shall be solely responsible for the wrong interpretation and purchase of the product diagram on the website.

    What is a crystal balloon?
    A crystal balloon is a large transparent balloon in the
    picture. After our numerous tests, balloons will not explode for no reason. Thus, please check whether it is intact when signing for the package. If the balloons have burst after receiving, we can repair them once for free. Please bear the freight fee or come to the shop in person to repair.
