Fresh Flower Bouquet Maintenance
- Flowers are delicate and fragile, and any friction or collision can cause their petals to turn yellow or become bruised. Therefore, during transportation, we recommend holding your bouquet with both hands to avoid any damage caused by the fabric handles of a paper bag rubbing against the flowers.
- Without unwrapping the bouquet, flowers can remain in their optimal condition for approximately 2 to 3 days. Beyond that, the flowers will gradually lose their freshness and vitality. However, if you have a suitable flower container and a sharp pair of scissors at home, you may choose to unwrap the bouquet. This method can help to extend the flowers' lifespan to around 3 to 4 days, after which they will gradually begin to wilt and fade.
Easy Maintenance (without Unwrapping)
Please keep your flowers in a cool place and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or direct cold air from an air conditioner. It's also recommended to spray a light mist of water over the surface of the flowers, especially for hydrangeas, to keep them hydrated and fresh.
Professional Maintenance(Unwrapping)
- Unwrap the bouquet and use clean, sharp scissors to make an oblique cut of the stems at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, about 2-3 cm in length.
- Fill a clean vase halfway with fresh water and carefully place the flowers into the vase. Keep the flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and the direct flow of cold air from an air conditioning unit.
- To prevent bacterial growth, it is recommended to change the water in the vase every two days. When changing the water, first remove the flowers from the vase and make an oblique cut of the stems, at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, about 2-3cm with clean, sharp scissors. Then fill a clean vase halfway with fresh water and place the flowers back in. Please also remember to keep the flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and direct cold air blowing from air conditioning.
