- Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to provide photographs of every flower arrangement. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As transportation is handled by a third-party service, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Therefore, if you need to transport the arrangement, please be aware that the flowers may be damaged. If there are serious issues with the condition of the arrangement due to damage, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will consider compensation.
