At Just Bloom, we strive to make receiving your blooms as convenient and reliable as possible. Please review our store pickup and local delivery options below, including fees, coverage areas, and important terms.

1. Store Pickup

We offer free store pickup at our Wan Chai store.
Please note that pickup is available only at our store premises and not at MTR stations or any other locations.

Pickup Hours:

Monday to Friday: 09:30 – 19:30
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 09:30 – 17:30

Pickup Notes:
Please provide your order number (starting with #JS) and the phone number associated with your order when collecting your blooms.

Late Pickup Policy:
Please note our policy for late pickups after business hours:

Our staff will wait up to 15 minutes after closing time (Monday–Friday: 8:00 PM; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 6:00 PM) at no charge.
After the initial 15 minutes, a fee of HK$100 will be charged for every additional 15 minutes of waiting to cover staffing costs.
If the delay exceeds 1 hour after closing, our staff will no longer be able to wait and will leave the shop.
Customers are required to pay any waiting fees incurred, even if the pickup is rescheduled for a later day.

We offer local delivery services within Hong Kong.

Standard Delivery Schedule

We offer three convenient time slots for standard delivery:

10:00 – 13:00
13:00 – 17:00
18:00 – 21:00

We make every effort to deliver within your selected time slot; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. To ensure a specific delivery window, please consider our Appointed Time Delivery service.

Appointed Time Delivery (Optional)

For customers who require a specific delivery time, we offer Appointed Time Delivery for an additional HK$150 surcharge.

How to Request:
At checkout, include your preferred delivery time before the delivery address.
Example:

Appointed Time Delivery Notes:

Please allow a 30-minute buffer.
We will do our best to meet your request, but 100% punctuality cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, traffic accidents, or mechanical problems. If delivery is delayed beyond the requested time, the surcharge will be refunded.

3. Peak Season Delivery

During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), deliveries may experience slight delays due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.
We recommend placing orders early to secure your preferred delivery time.

4. Delivery Failure Policy

If the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery, and neither the sender nor the recipient can be reached within 15 minutes, the delivery driver will return the items to our store.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound and return delivery fees.
