3. Returns & Exchange Policy:

   • Customers who purchase from the Mid-Autumn limited product series and wish to return or exchange must contact JustBloomHK.com's customer service on the day they receive the product.
   • Returned products must be in their original condition and should not have any signs of wear or damage.
