Our daily delivery slots are: 10:00-13:00pm, 13:00-17:00 and 18:00-21:00.
There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time. If you need to arrive at an ideal time, you can consider the "Delivery at Appointed time service"*.
Delivery at Appointed Time
Any deliveries within the appointed time (e.g. 13:00 or 15:00-18:00pm) will have a surcharge of HK$150. Please specify the delivery time *on "Notes for the Order"

Please note that the stock of flowers changes and is unstable daily. If the flowers are out of stock on the day, we may not be able to provide you with the exact style, and will replace it with other flowers.

The actual products may be different from the pictures, because flowers vary by seasons, as well as packaging and photography methods. Under the condition of maintaining the same value and style, the arrangement may also change if there is a shortage of certain flowers.At the time of ordering, we consider that you have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.
About the Balloons
The price on the website does not include crystal balloons.
If needed, please purchase additional HKD$100.

What is a crystal balloon?
A crystal balloon is a large transparent balloon in the picture. After our numerous tests, balloons will not explode for no reason. Thus, please check whether it is intact when signing for the package. If the balloons have burst after receiving, we can repair them once for free. Please bear the freight fee or come to the shop in person to repair.
